TENSIK 100
Tensik Deck 100 — Stationary / Modular Concrete Batching Plant High-production, low-profile decumula

Overview

The Tensik Deck 100 is a high-production decumulative, low-profile batching plant engineered for direct loader charging—allowing aggregates to be fed straight into the plant at ground level, without overhead aggregate storage. This deck-style configuration simplifies site logistics, reduces structural complexity, and supports fast installation while maintaining accurate weighing and reliable material handling.

Designed for ready-mix production in the 100–150 yd³/hr class, the Deck 100 is delivered in a service-friendly layout with scalable cement storage and belt conveying options.

Automation Flexibility

The Tensik Deck 100 is designed to interface with most batching automation and control systems on the market, allowing customers to use their preferred platform while preserving Tensik’s mechanical performance and modular architecture.

Performance

  • Rated Production Range: 100–150 yd³/hr
  • Batching Mode (Standard): Dry Batch (truck mixing)
  • Precast Upgrade (Optional): Wet Batch package with twin-shaft mixer integration (up to 10 yd³ mixer capacity)
  • Output depends on mix design, cycle time, moisture, material flow, truck cycle time, and site conditions.

Key Features

  • Decumulative low-profile configuration designed for simplified site logistics
  • Direct loader charging at ground level (no overhead aggregate storage required)
  • Service-friendly layout designed to reduce downtime and simplify maintenance
  • Automation-ready controls interface compatible with leading platforms
  • Scalable belt and storage options to match production targets

Details

Standard Configuration (What’s Included)

  • Decumulative aggregate storage bins and aggregate weighing system (configuration dependent)
  • Aggregate main conveyor system
  • Aggregate truck transfer conveyor system
  • Cement storage system: 550–900 bbl cement silo range (configuration dependent)
    • Silo-top dust collector included (per silo configuration)
    • Pressure relief and access/cleanout provisions included (as applicable)
  • Cement weigh hopper system (as configured)
  • Air system provisions for pneumatic equipment and aeration functions
  • Water system: 2″ metering package (standard) with upgrade to 3″ available
  • Electrical & controls interface — automation-ready

Conveyors & Material Handling

  • Belt Width Options: 30″ or 36″ (as configured)
  • Conveyor arrangement designed for efficient transfer and consistent charging
  • Discharge provisions include water inlet and admixture ports (as configured)

Dust Collection

  • Included (Standard): Silo-top dust collector on cement silo system (per silo)
  • Optional Upgrade: Central dust collection package (CDC) for plant transfer/discharge points (quoted separately)

Important Clarification
Silo-top dust collectors are included on the silos (per silo configuration). A CDC system is a separate central dust collection solution for plant transfer/discharge points.

Options & Upgrades

  • Precast Wet Batch upgrade: twin-shaft mixer package (up to 10 yd³)
  • 4th aggregate scale hopper and 4th storage bin (optional)
  • Central Dust Collector (CDC) package
  • Weighed water system (optional)
  • Moisture considerations package (optional)
  • Catwalks & handrails (optional)
  • Silo safety equipment (ladder + cage and/or fall arrest)
  • Boiler / chiller packages (optional)

Best For

  • High-production ready-mix operations that want a low-profile, deck-style configuration
  • Sites that prefer direct loader charging without overhead aggregate storage
  • Precast producers needing a wet batch upgrade (twin-shaft mixer package)

FAQ's

Is Deck 100 dry batch or wet batch?
Deck 100 is delivered as Dry Batch standard, with an optional Precast Wet Batch upgrade (twin-shaft mixer package).

What affects real production output?
Mix design, moisture, cycle time, truck cycle time, and site logistics all impact real output.

What belt sizes are available?
Deck 100 can be configured with 30″ or 36″ conveyors.

What cement silo sizes are available?
Cement storage can be configured in the 550–900 bbl range (configuration dependent).

Is the water meter 2″ or 3″?
2″ is standard, with an available upgrade to 3″.

Is central dust collection included?
Silo-top dust collectors are included per silo configuration. A central dust collector (CDC) is an optional upgrade for plant transfer/discharge points.
